TOVI MERLOT 2019 "LONGARIVA"

The Merlot Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT Riserva Tovi is a delightful red wine from Trentino-Alto Adige, made from 100% Merlot grapes, an international varietal that adapts perfectly to the region, thanks to the skillful hands of Marco and his wife, owners of the Longariva winery. The vinification process includes fermentation on the skins for two weeks, followed by aging in small oak barrels for 18-24 months. This wine fully expresses the characteristics of the terroir, with a fruity, vanilla, and intense bouquet. On the palate, it is soft, warm, and balanced. Perfect with red and white meats, game, poultry, succulent roasts, and aged cheeses.
