ALPINE FLOWER HONEY 250g "MIELI THUN"

The Alpine flower honey is a "meditation" honey with an amber color, sometimes darkened by the presence of honeydew. Its varied nectar origins, with rhododendron, raspberry, linden, and thyme, are reflected in a rich and varied bouquet.
On the nose, it recalls cardoon stems and boiled artichoke, with an elegant and decisive aroma in which notes of cinchona and rhubarb emerge; on the palate, it reveals a slight sweetness that evolves into a long, fresh, and vaguely mentholated finish, capable of harmonizing all sensations.
