The Masi Campofiorin Magnum (1.5L) represents the icon of Venetian winemaking in a format ideal for prolonged aging and conviviality. Created in 1964, this wine uses the technique of double fermentation: a red wine from fresh grapes is refermented with a selection of slightly dried grapes.
Sensory Profile
Appearance: Intense and deep ruby red.
Nose: Complex bouquet of ripe cherry, sour cherry, and plum, enriched by sweet notes of vanilla and cinnamon.
Palate: Rich, velvety, and well-structured. The drying process imparts a roundness that perfectly balances the natural acidity, with a long and spicy finish.
