CUVÉE II EXTRA BRUT DOC "COMAI"

Cuvée Comai is a Trentino Metodo Classico sparkling wine from selected vineyards located on highly calcareous hills overlooking Lake Garda, at an altitude between 300 and 700 meters. These conditions allow the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes to ripen ideally while maintaining a pronounced acidity. The modern approach to Metodo Classico production, the use of wooden containers starting from the must's vinification, and a limited addition of sulfur dioxide create a sparkling wine where the aging period on the lees plays a secondary role. Mature and expressive of its territory, characterized by profound tension and rich acidity, its complex aromas are enhanced by citrus notes. Contains sulfites.
