Strawberry Fruit Spread - Made from fragrant, sun-ripened strawberries. The Senga Sengana, cultivated by Alpe Pragas, is a semi-early ripening variety, characterized by medium-sized, dark red fruits, first obtained in the 1950s by Dr. Reinhold von Sengbusch. Strawberries are rich in vitamin C, so much so that just 150g of this product is enough to cover the daily requirement. They contain more vitamin C than oranges and lemons and are by far the fruit with the highest amount of manganese. They are also rich in folic acid, calcium, magnesium, and iron.
