BUSAT RED ORGANIC 2023 "COMAI"
Comai's Busat Rosso 2023 represents its juicy, crisp, and incredibly convivial side. It is a wine that focuses entirely on drinkability and the fragrance of the fruit, moving away from excessive concentrations to seek the elegance of the territory.
GRAPES:A territorial blend featuring Rebo (a cross between Teroldego and Merlot, typical of Trentino), flanked by small percentages of Merlot and sometimes Cabernet.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation in steel at controlled temperatures with not overly prolonged maceration (approximately 10-12 days) to extract color and aromas without weighing down the tannic structure.
AGING:Mainly in steel to preserve the purity of the fruit. A small portion of the mass may undergo a brief period in exhausted wood (second or third passage barriques) to soften the edges, but without releasing vanilla or toasted aromas.
