WHITE BALSAMIC "PONTE VECCHIO" 250ml

Balsama Bianco is a precious condiment obtained from the blend of concentrated white grape musts and selected white wine vinegar. Unlike traditional balsamic, it does not undergo the direct-heat cooking phase of the must (which would make it dark), thus maintaining a clear straw-yellow color and a fruity bouquet.
