The Trento DOC Brut 2021 by Madonna delle Vittorie is a Classic Method of extraordinary finesse, produced with Chardonnay grapes cultivated in the high-altitude vineyards overlooking the northern shore of Lake Garda. The 2021 vintage stands out for a perfect balance between alpine freshness and fruit maturity.

Organoleptic Profile

Appearance: Pale straw yellow color with golden reflections. Very fine, persistent, and lively perlage.

Nose: Elegant bouquet characterized by notes of bread crust and yeast, fading into hints of golden apple, white flowers, and a slight citrus note.

Palate: On the palate, it is dry, savory, and fragrant. The excellent acidity typical of the Trentino region gives it a dynamic drinkability and a clean, mineral finish.

Technical Specifications

Grape Variety: 100% pure Chardonnay.

Production Area: Selected vineyards between Arco and the surrounding areas of northern Trentino.

Production Method: Bottle fermentation according to the strict canons of the Classic Method Trento DOC.

Aging: Minimum maturation of 24-30 months on lees in underground cellars, to develop complexity and a silky perlage.

Dosage: Brut, with a balanced residual sugar that enhances its natural freshness.
