From a collaboration between Birra del Bosco and Distilleria Marzadro comes Son of the Birch, the new Gin of the forest.

After a long wandering through our forests, in search of the right botanicals, we selected juniper, birch bark, raspberry and mountain cumin, which expertly calibrated by the master distiller, give life to a combination that combines the typical freshness of gin with an intense and balanced aromatic profile.
