Comai's Sauvignon is not the classic "crowd-pleasing" and extremely tropical Sauvignon; it is a wine that focuses entirely on mineral freshness and savoriness.
Visual Examination: Pale straw yellow with brilliant greenish reflections
On the Nose: Very fine and vertical. Notes of citrus (pink grapefruit), hints of boxwood, sage, and a light mineral note reminiscent of flint emerge.
On the Palate: It is a wine of great tension. The acidity is vibrant but well balanced by a silky structure, resulting from partial aging in wood. The finish is savory and persistent.
