Sabia is a macerated white wine that comes from a selection of white grapes grown in a certified organic regime. The peculiarity lies in the winemaking: the skins remain in contact with the must for an extended period, just as you would do for a red wine. This process extracts not only the intense golden color (hence the name that recalls the "sand"), but also a surprising aromatic structure and complexity.
