The company's Recioto is produced exclusively in the best vintages, that is, when natural drying and fermentation guarantee a quality standard true to the history and tradition of this product.

The grapes come from vineyards cultivated with the Veronese pergola system, with a minimum age of 20 years. Only the healthiest and crispest bunches are carefully selected to undergo the long and delicate drying period.
