PISCOL 2021 ORGANIC "COMAI"

Piscol 2021 is undoubtedly its most prestigious "cru", the ultimate expression of Chardonnay's evolutionary potential in Alto Garda.

It takes its name from the historic vineyard Vigna Piscol, located on a detrital cone at the foot of the rocky cliffs of Arco. Here the microclimate is unique: the rock heated by the sun releases warmth at night, while the Ora del Garda wind ensures constant ventilation.

GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay from mass selection.
Vinification: Whole-berry fermentation in wood (French oak barriques and tonneaux).
Aging: Approximately 12 months in wood with constant bâtonnage to resuspend the yeasts and impart creaminess. This is followed by a long rest in the bottle (at least 12-18 months) before release to the market.
