In the southern part of Valdadige, the climate is characterized by significant temperature fluctuations and constant winds, conditions that make this area one of the most suitable for cultivating Pinot Grigio. Years of research and experience dedicated to this grape variety have allowed us to achieve levels of excellence.
Its straw-yellow color is accompanied by the typical slightly ash-gray reflections of Pinot Grigio. The nose is intriguing, with intense notes of lime, pear, and aromatic herbs such as mint and sage. On the palate, it is savory and intense, fresh, and pleasantly persistent.
