TAGGIASCA OLIVES PITTED IN EVO OIL 180g "SANT'AGATA D'ONEGLIA"

Taggiasca pitted olives in extra virgin olive oil are first selected and put in brine, then pitted and jarred in extra virgin olive oil. The Taggiasca is a small olive that contains a high percentage of oil. It is very tasty and salting gives the fruits more consistency, fragrance and fleshiness. Remaining in oil, the flavour mellows and sweetens. Excellent for an aperitif, for seasoning first courses and game, or with fish.
