GRAPPA GIARE CHARDONNAY "MARZADRO"

Single-varietal grappa with a fine and elegant aroma and an intense and dry taste. Obtained from the bain-marie distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a discontinuous still, it ages in small 225-liter oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully monitors the evolution of the blend, checking hints and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.
