It is a high-quality "Stravecchia" Grappa.

It is made from a selection of the best pomace from Trentino, sourced from selected grape varieties and distilled in a traditional still. The resulting Grappa is left to age for a minimum of 18 months in small barrels made of various precious woods, placed in the silence of a dark and hushed environment. Slowly over time, the wood-Grappa combination evolves to create full harmony, while the final blend is expressed in the ethereal aroma and round taste with a hint of vanilla.
