GIARE AMARONE "MARZDADRO"

Grappa with a fine and decisive aroma and a pleasantly enveloping, harmonious, and persistent taste on the palate. Obtained from the Bain-Marie distillation in a discontinuous still of the precious pomace typical of Amarone della Valpolicella (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara). The Master Distiller carefully monitors the evolution of the blend over time, checking scents and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.
