The Ferrari Rosé Trento DOC is a reference point for the Italian bubbles "Metodo Classico". It is a wine that combines the structure of Pinot Noir with the elegance of Chardonnay.

GRAPES: Generally composed of 60-70% Pinot Noir and 30-40% Chardonnay.

AGING: Matures on yeasts for at least 20-24 months (in the Maximum version), acquiring notes of bread crust and small red fruits.
