The modern approach to Metodo Classico production, the use of wooden containers starting from the must's vinification, and a limited addition of sulfur dioxide create a sparkling wine where the aging period on the lees plays a secondary role. Mature and expressive of its territory, characterized by profound tension and rich acidity, its complex aromas are enhanced by citrus notes.
