BUSAT BIANCO ORGANIC "COMAI"

The Busat Bianco 2025 is the wine that best represents the everyday spirit of Alto Garda. The name "Busat" comes from "Busa", the dialectal term used by the locals to refer to the flat basin between Riva del Garda, Arco, and Torbole.

GRAPE VARIETIES: A dynamic blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and a small percentage of Müller Thurgau.
Vinification: Soft pressing of whole clusters to preserve aromatic integrity
Aging: Approximately 5-6 months on the lees, always in steel tanks, with short passages in exhausted wood for only a small fraction (varying depending on the vintage) to add a touch of softness without altering the aromas.
